MATT CURTIS

As a theatre director and creative leader, I bring stories to life through imaginative staging, thoughtful collaboration, and a belief in the power of a strong creative process. My work spans regional, community, and educational settings, as well as creative strategy, brand storytelling, and content development for mission-driven and commercial organizations. Whether I'm in a rehearsal room or collaborating with a creative team, the goal is the same: build a strong process, support the people in the room, and create work that genuinely connects.

At the center of my work is a simple idea: when people feel supported, inspired, and invested, the work gets better—and so does the experience of making it.
